    ICECON CERT maintains the confidentiality of all the client information that is required in product assessment activities.

  • THE POLICY CONCERNING THE PERSONNEL
    ICECON CERT has the personnel with the highest degree of professional integrity and requisite technical competence, trained in field of the quality control and in the specific domains covered by the accreditation/notification. The personnel is responsible and capable of carrying out all the third party tasks in the process of assessment and verification of constancy of performance of the construction products, as well as for the assessment and evaluation of the Factory Production Control (FPC) conformity.
  • THE POLICY CONCERNING THE COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS TREATMENT 

The ICECON CERT Executive Director pays a special attention to the clients’ complaints treatment and the appeals are accurate and rapid dealt with, taking into account that is a feedback tool.

  • THE POLICY CONCERNING THE IMPARTIALITY
    The impartiality, independence and integrity of the ICECON CERT staff is assured at all the decision levels, as follows:
    • at strategy and policy level by the  Impartiality Committee
    • at certification decision level by the: Certification Committee
    • at assessment level by the: Evaluators, auditors
